Winter Solstice Sound Bath and Drumming Circle

We usually hold our Sound Baths on Tuesday Evenings, however with the solstice being on Thursday we decided to combine it with a drumming circle. Our sound Bath will begin at 6:30 pm to 7:30pm and continue for the next hour with our drumming circle. We will serve refreshments and will hold a small introduction to cacao for those who wish to sample it.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and of course a drum. We do have a few on hand but will most likely run out so if you have any please bring with you.
